Our Women's Entrepreneurship Program is designed to address the unique challenges faced by women in starting and sustaining businesses in Cameroon. We provide comprehensive training in business management, financial literacy, and market analysis to equip women with the tools they need for success.
Through our mentorship program, experienced business leaders guide participants through the process of developing business plans, accessing capital, and navigating regulatory requirements. We also facilitate networking opportunities with potential investors and partners.
Since its inception, this program has helped launch over 200 women-owned businesses across various sectors including agriculture, retail, services, and manufacturing.

Equipping young people with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship
Our Youth Empowerment Program addresses the high unemployment rate among young people in Cameroon by providing market-relevant skills training and career guidance. We focus on both technical skills and soft skills development to prepare youth for the workforce.
Through apprenticeships in tailoring, hairdressing, ICT, and agriculture, participants gain hands-on experience under the guidance of skilled mentors. We also provide life skills training covering communication, problem-solving, and financial management.
Our career guidance workshops help youth identify their strengths, explore career options, and develop job search strategies. We also facilitate connections with potential employers through job fairs and networking events.
Comprehensive training in fashion design, pattern making, and garment construction for aspiring tailors and fashion entrepreneurs.

Strengthening communities through targeted support for vulnerable groups
Our Community Support Initiatives address the needs of the most vulnerable members of society, including Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), the elderly, and people affected by health challenges.
We provide educational support to OVC through school fee assistance, scholastic materials, and tutoring programs. For the elderly, we offer social support, health monitoring, and assistance with daily activities.
Our health awareness campaigns focus on preventive healthcare, with special emphasis on HIV/AIDS education, maternal and child health, and hygiene practices. We collaborate with local health centers to provide screening and referral services.
