MINPROFF Collaboration

Our partnership with the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and the Family has enabled us to reach more women with entrepreneurship training and access to government support programs.

Position: Project Manager

About ASWEDO

ASWEDO is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment of youths, orphans, vulnerable individuals, and especially girls and women. We focus on enhancing personal development through advocacy, education, social and economic empowerment, and capacity building.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our initiatives and drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track project progress, assess outcomes, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
